Hierachy vs Relational

Doing a lot of thinking on this...
Should accountability be a hierachical or relational thing...

Think in the past, have been mostly hierachical....
Revamping of mindset...
will settle for 70% relational to 30% hierachical at least ba...

main focus shd be on the relational side =)
