God is not just interested in growing us, molding us, shaping us =) He is also interested in our lives as of this moment!!!

Therefore-->
if our interest in helping people grow >>> our interest in people's life... something is wrong!

similarly...
if our interest in people's lives >>> our interest in helping them grow ... something is also wrong!

hmmm... we need to be interested in the lives of the people we want to see grow!!!
so how do we define interest?
